About me
I am the Associate Dean of Libraries at Western Michigan University and serve as Vice President and President-Elect of MiALA. I am almost finished with a doctorate in organizational change leadership, focusing on change resistance and paradox mindset. My research interests range from how academic libraries navigate and lead change, to using strategic planning and strategic facilitation to enable internal transformation, and best practices for enabling institutional success and student retention through innovative programming.
