About me
I've been a librarian since 2012 and a MiALA member since the first conference in 2016. I love being a community college librarian and I wear a lot of hats! I am new to the role of director and have been in this position for just over a year, but have been at Jackson College since 2013. I'm currently most involved with academic leadership, AI literacy initiatives, information literacy instruction, and learning how to be a good manager. Outside of my professional life, I am married with two kids (11 & 4) and enjoy singing, knitting, crocheting, reading, and birdwatching.
